Once again, you have come out with your usual cunning, misleading, unwarranted, and un- Islamic way of discussing an Islamic matter in order to prove Hijri Committee of India (HCl) wrong!!
You say that there is no gap-day between the sighting of last visible crescent and the first waxing crescent in other words the moon will be seen throughout the year globally and that HCI is wrong because as per HCI criteria, on one day every month the morn will not be seen with naked eyes. In fact, HCl is not in error; you are totally wrong.
You have given an example of Ramadan waning crescent sighted in Singapore & Shawwal first waxing crescent seen in the USA. With trickery & jugglery of words, you tried to create an illusion in the minds of innocent people that there is no gap/day in between. This sort of presentation is a distortion of truth.
I am giving below the calculations to prove that there was a gap of 52 hours 30 minutes (2 days 4 hours and 30 minutes) between these two sightings by which any lay man can easily understand that the moon was NOT seen for more than 2 days. But “learned” Rasheed Usman could not deliberately perceive the truth!
You very well knew this fact. But in order to illustrate, somehow, that Hijri Calendar is wrong, you are willfully hiding the truth (Kufr in Arabic). and thereby cheating & misleading the general public to make them believe that the moon is seen globally throughout the year without any gap and that there is no conjunction day in which moon is not seen, in a lunar month.
Your contentions are totally wrong. They are not only against the scientific findings, but more than that are against Islam itself.
Many tafsirs clearly mention the complete veiling of moon (conjunction), which occurs on the last day of the month.
The cunning, cheating, deceitful tactics that you have been using for your own selfish motives have now been EXPOSED!!
No one should sacrifice his better life in the hereafter for the sake of false pride in this world. FEAR ALLAH & repent, for you have misled many thousands through all these 20 years.
You must also appeal to the general public to pardon you for misleading them on the Hijri calendar. Or else, it will be a great burden for you in the hereafter when you will be answerable to all your misdeeds against fellow beings. So, my humble request is that you openly appeal to the general public who have been misled by you and to study the subject and to accept that Hijri calendar Published by Hijri Committee of India is accurate and in accordance with Sharia.
